- Row (as in Sculls)
- Practice TaeKwonDo.
- Inline skating
- Work(ed) for the Internet branch of Sprint Canada (now Rogers Telecom).
- Tinker, and Program (mostly in perl) on my computers (running OpenBSD, UbuntuLinux and DebianLinux)
- Chat on IRC (irc.perl.org:6667, #uc), using irssi
- Surf the web
- Read
- Travel (see below)
- On the rare occasion, I'll play some computer games
- Cook
My Mantra is to:
- Write things down, review them, do them.
- Keep a history
What fosters my development?
- I work best when my skills are recognized and rewarded -- but also challenged by mentors.
- I keep my thoughts in a box, the lid is open
- I'm also trying to follow a timeline
- I seem to have become a member of the Toronto Perl Mongers
- I filled out a Career Profile, and the machine told me what to do.
